Registration is now open for our third annual Business Development Meeting, hosted this year by our friends at Prodigy in Nashville, TN, on Wednesday and Thursday, April 8th and 9th. With two highly successful Business Development Meetings under our belt, we’ve built a strong, collaborative community of Biz Dev leaders across HTSA. This year, we’re leaning into that momentum and inviting two distinct groups:
- First-time Attendeeswho are ready to learn, share, and plug into our growing Biz Dev community
- Previous Participantsfrom prior sessions—creating a true reunion of peers
This event is designed specifically for Business Development Managers focused on outreach within the design-and-build community, including builders, architects, and interior designers. YOU will be sharing real-world ideas, open dialogue, and honest feedback—what’s working, what’s evolving, and what didn’t go as planned. Whether you’re returning to reconnect and build on past conversations or joining us for the first time, you can expect a highly interactive experience built around collaboration, insight-sharing, and relationship-building with peers who face the same challenges and opportunities you do.
Agenda Highlights Include:
- Opening cocktail reception and group dinners
- Attendee Presentations: Each participant is asked to make a 15-minute presentation on a successful outreach idea they’ve implemented, including:
- Your role and responsibilities re. the event
- The outreach concept or strategy, and the audience within the design/build community
- Investment and cost considerations
- Measurable outcomes and lessons learned
- Ideas in Motion: Have an outreach initiative underway and need feedback or refinement? Bring it.
- Great Ideas That Missed the Mark: Sometimes the best learning comes from ideas that didn’t land. We’ll explore why—and how they could evolve.
- Open Discussions: What’s on your mind? This group is all about sharing, helping, and growing together.
- Networking & Peer Connection: Time built in to strengthen relationships, build new ones, and spark future collaboration across the group.
Attendance is limited to just 16 participants to ensure meaningful discussion and interaction. Spots will fill quickly, so we encourage early registration.
