As a dedicated member of the technology integration industry since 2003, I have had the privilege of growing alongside Audio Command Systems (ACS), where I began as an entry-level wire puller and advanced through multiple roles, including Lead Installer, Senior Project Manager, and Vice President of Residential.

I have spent nearly 30 years in the AV and integration industry, starting at 17 in a high-end AV shop in Salt Lake City learning to sell luxury AV systems. At 21, I moved to Nashville to pursue music but found myself staying in the AV world, working at a hybrid retail integrator and later managing Nashville projects and VIP travel installs for Paragon.

As CEO and Managing Partner of Gramophone and World Wide Stereo—two companies founded in the 1970s—I bring nearly 25 years of experience leading more than 175 professionals across seven locations in multiple states. Our growing teams span audio/visual retail, custom installation, in-house construction, electrical, lighting, design, and eCommerce. This broad scope gives me a deep understanding of how collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence drive success in our industry. As an active leader with brick-and-mortar operations, I understand firsthand the challenges our members face every day.
