We are pleased to announce that the HTSA Project Manager Summit is back by popular demand! We are thrilled to be presenting another round of this highly interactive and collaborative experience, held at the CEDIA HQ in Fishers, Indiana. Our amazing duo of Tom Doherty and Keith Esterly will be hosting the event; with their extensive experience, they will guide your PMs through crucial discussions, leading to invaluable results. The summit will focus on identifying and tackling the top issues and obstacles faced by our project managers. By coming together and sharing experiences and solutions, we will learn from each other and improve the way we manage our projects.

- The Project Manager Summit is our most-requested, most interactive event of the year, and we somehow still have a handful open seats.
- Your PMs get to work with both TOM and KEITH! Either one of us is pretty good, but BOTH? Come on, now.
- We will train your PMs on communicating with Influence, problem solving, root cause analysis skills, and real-world PM tactics.
- They will create and return with real-world solutions to real-world obstacles faced by all PMs in our industry.
- All levels are welcome. Veterans will share and learn; new PMs will get accelerated toward proficiency.
- They will form a whole new network of peers and realize that THEY ARE NOT ALONE in facing the challenges.
- It will be held at CEDIA HQ which is a really cool place to visit.

- This training is free to our members! The only costs are participant travel and lodging, which can be paid from your HTSA Services Suite account. We cover meals and transportation to and from CEDIA HQ.

Flights – Air travelers should fly into Indianapolis International Airport (IND) on Monday, May 5th. There is a dinner that evening, and the class will begin early on the following Tuesday morning. All departing flights on Wednesday, May 7th, must take place after 3:00 pm to ensure masterclass completion.
