Home Technology Specialists of America Appoints Director of Marketing
Chester Springs, PA – March 1, 2012 – Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA) expands their team to increase marketing support and demand generation for their members with the addition of the Kathleen Marini as the new Director of Marketing.
Bob Hana, Managing Director of HTSA stated, “This is an important strategic investment for HTSA as we strengthen our resources to provide vastly improved marketing services and support with an increased ability to generate demand and new clients for our members. This is a key role whose primary mission is to work closely with members and manufacturers to create new and effective programs helping HTSA members go to market more effectively. With over 25 years of marketing experience Kathleen’s skills range from strategic planning, program development and management, eMarketing and social media, ROI analysis, PR and more. Kathleen has managed all aspects of marketing in organizations from smaller businesses to global companies, with her most recent position as the Global Marketing Manager for Panduit. As a company that markets networking and electrical solutions, Kathleen’s key focus was unifying partner programs to drive revenue. She has also gained experience with companies such as Alcatel, NEC and 3Com where she grew market share and revenue in various channel and marketing director positions.
As Director of Marketing, Kathleen will be chartered with the development of a broad range of effective new media strategies and programs. Kathleen stated: “the adoption of social media, the dramatic growth of content marketing and the untapped opportunities in web marketing to compliment traditional marketing make this a very exciting time at HTSA. Home Technology Specialists of America Appoints Bob Hana as their new Managing Director
Chester Springs, PA – October 21, 2011 – The Home Technology Specialists of America (HTSA), the leading organization of custom retailers and systems integrators, announced today that Bob Hana will become the new Managing Director of the group effective immediately.
“Our search for the right person who will become the face of our organization, provide the strategic vision for the future and build great relationships with current and prospective members and vendors came to an end when Bob accepted our invitation to join the HTSA team. The board and all of our members could not be more thrilled to have Bob join us. Bob Hana was with NEC for 20 years prior to joining Sam Runco at Runco International as President. When Sam sold the company to Planar Corporation, he agreed to continue on as their World Wide Sales and Marketing VP, ensuring a successful transition of Runco into the Planar business culture. Most recently he was consulting with various companies on ways to expand and grow their businesses into new markets.
