Sneak Preview of CEDIA 2009 at Georgia Home Theater
Local retailer hosts mini consumer electronics expo for Atlanta techies
Smyrna, GA—November 05, 2008—Georgia
Home Theater, Atlanta’s premier designer of home theater and home
automation systems, will hold an in-house Fall Audio/Video Expo on
November 13, from 5-10pm at 2516 Cobb Parkway, Atlanta, GA. The event
is modeled after the well-known CEDIA Expo. This small-scale version
will feature product demonstrations and presentations from some of the
consumer electronics industry’s top manufactures.
Representatives
from B&W, Rotel, McIntosh, Panasonic, Pioneer, Hitachi, VUDU,
Kaleidescape, Escient, Marantz, and Universal Remote will be on-site
for the show. Georgia Home Theater has invited their customer base to
attend.
“All of our clients seem to know when there’s an
industry trade show and they come in asking what’s hot, what’s not, and
what’s worth spending their money on today,” says Eric Joy, general
manager of Georgia Home Theater. “We wanted to put together an event
that would make it possible for these people to experience first-hand
what we industry insiders take for granted.”
More
manufacturers are involved at this event than ever before. They have
been hosting events for years but this will be the largest to date.
Guests at the expo have a chance to take home giveaways including a
movie server box provided by VUDU, iPod speakers provided by B&W
and remotes provided by Universal Remote Control.
Visitors to
the store will be able to register for the event. For more information
